The Underground Clown would like to thank The Champ Paulie "Magic Man" Malignaggi, Team Malignaggi, Christian Martinez, the staff at the Drew Hamilton Learning Annex and anyone we forgot to mention (our apologies) for making this day a special day for the kids at that center. Main-card winners Matt Hamill and Frankie Edgar both earned $46,000 and were top earners at this past weekend's UFC event, The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale.

Additionally, while cast members from "TUF 10" made $8,000 to show and $8,000 to win, including show champion Roy Nelson, Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson's special contract paid him a base amount of $25,000 with no win bonus.

Update: UFC 106 Medical Suspensions

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has issued medical suspensions to 10 competitors from this past weekends UFC 106. Forrest Griffin, Luiz Cane, Anthony Johnson, Paulo Thiago and many others are among the few that have been suspended by the Athletic Commission.

The full list of suspensions includes:

• Forrest Griffin: Suspended until May 21 due to a right foot injury but can be cleared early
by a doctor; regardless, minimum suspension until Dec. 22 with no contact during training until Dec. 13
• Anthony Johnson: Suspended until Dec. 22 with no contact until Dec. 13 for precautionary reasons
• Paulo Thiago: Suspended until Dec. 22 with no contact until Dec. 13 due to nasal-bridge cut
• Jacob Volkmann: Suspended until Dec. 6 due to scalp and nasal-brudge cuts
• Luiz Cane: Suspended until May 21 due to possible right orbital fracture but can be cleared early by an oral, maxilla and facial doctor; regardless, minimum suspension until Jan. 6 with no contact during training until Dec. 22
• Phil Baroni: Suspended until Jan. 6 with no contact until Dec. 22 due to left eyebrow and scalp lacerations
• Marcus Davis: Suspended until May 21 due to a broken nose but can be cleared early by a doctor; regardless, suspended until Jan. 6 with no conact until Dec. 22 due to multiple cuts
• Brock Larson: Suspended until May 21 due to a broken nose but can be cleared early by a doctor; regardless, suspended until Jan. 21 with no conact until Jan. 6 due to multiple cuts
• George Sotiropoulos: Suspended until Dec. 22 with no contact until Dec. 13 due to cut over left eyebrow
• Jason Dent: Suspended until May 21 due to a possible left knee injury but can be cleared early by an orthopedic doctor.

This weekend The Underground Clown made it's presence known at the UFC 106 held in Las Vegas. We had a chance to meet with many of the fighters as well as the people behind the scenes who make The UFC an unstoppable force in Sports Entertainment.
